Steel Welded Railroad Grating, in 1-9/16" and 1-11/16" spacings, is AAR (Association of American Railroads) approved and specified for brake steps, running boards, walkways and platforms for railroad cars. Designed and engineered specifically for railroad use, AMICO railroad grating is used by both new car and car repair facilities since it is interchangeable with other AAR approved gratings. The serrated bearing bars provide additional safety and the openness of bar grating minimizes build up of snow, ice and other debris.
